Excellent customer support. Always willing to help. Whilst in Lock down they provided a click and collect type service. I needed a small piece of cut glass for my door and they had it ready to collect next day. They always seem happy to advise and give options to you. Will always recommend. Many Thanks.

Such a shame I waited an extra three weeks for my door when it was cancelled on the morning of fitting , then it was fitted without being cut in , the lock recess could have been cut better by myself , and the threshold varnish has worn off already in just 6 months .

Thank you for a job well done. Even though it was more complicated than original thought, and took a little longer than expected, i was kept informed at all times and was always asked if a decision needed to be made, and before any action was taken. All the staff from the initial showroom visit, through to the carpenters workmanship on installation was excellent. They are a pleasure to work with.The doors, windows and stained glass panels were marvelous and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a job well done!
